A Mentor Recommendation |
 |
| 11.08.2007 | B. Grunau, INGAGE Mentor |
| Ingage Mentors offers some excellent mentoring and training programs. I have worked with Christine and Ingage as a mentor for the company and found the experience very fulfilling. Christine was a pleasure to work with, the company makes it very easy to work for them as a mentor, and I highly recommend the company to both mentors and prospective clients. |

| I think Lisa Burgin and Patt Steiner were great! Very enthusiastic and excited about what they've done and sharing with others. Lisa especially had a great way of mingling her past experiences into very pertinent speaking points. |

| What I got the most out of the Ingage mentoring experience was to know and achieve a balanced life style that I needed, and I can’t think of a better mentor than Hiroshi Imamura who was truly supportive. We set out achievable goals and he provided me with guidance and his valuable knowledge to accomplish them. I am grateful that I go to know Hiroshi early in my career. He shared his insights in the industry and his life experience which I otherwise would have had to learn the hard way. I’d like to say a big Thank You to the Ingage Mentor Program for this wonderful experience! |

| Hiroshi provided me with the support I needed to overcome a challenging barrier to my success in my career. His insight into relationships and the local business environment were key to understanding my situation. I left the mentoring program better equipped to handle the situation on my own. |

| Being retired for several years, the mentoring experience allowed me to get back into the business world and share my years of knowledge. It is a commitment, but it is worth it because of the satisfaction knowing that you have helped guide an individual through the business of life. |

| Mentoring for me has been more than teaching managerial principles and concepts. It's allowing your protégés to learn from life experiences you have garnered over the years in your specific field and in life in general. It's most gratifying to see the excitement and positive energy that flows from protégés when they start believing that they can become successful and attain their career aspirations. |
