For individuals who are new to formal mentoring programs, would like to gain experience with a mentor, and would like to clarify the their personal and professional goals, this is the package for you. Whether you're a new supervisor or manager, you've started a new position, or you hold a senior-level position, an Ingage mentor provides a valuable experience that you can only gain through experience. An Ingage mentor will listen to and observe your current performance, provide you with the tricks-of-the-trade, and the practical tools that you can immediately incorporate into your day-to-day life.
This program includes:
- 1 month of mentoring
- 3 hours telephone mentoring for $525 (or in-person mentoring for $675) with unlimited email support. (Travel expenses are not included in the program cost.)
- Access to new networks, through the mentoring relationship, other INGAGE mentors, and other INGAGE protégés
