In any international business, how do you determine where to go? We will discuss global strategies in sales, distribution and manufacturing; along with the various cultural issues associated in various countries. Once you've identified the strategy and country, how do you structure the relationship? We'll discuss joint ventures, strategic alliances, and various agency agreements.
