Having started three successful businesses I can show you how to put a business plan together, how to find resources for creative funding, and how to put the plan into action for success. On December 21, 1999 our telecom switch crashed and placed all our customers out of toll or long distance service. The Vendor we purchased the Switch was unable to send a Tech out until three days after Christmas. Not having any programming experience and with the assistance of family obtained a replacement driver. Manually reprogrammed with user manuals, and a text copy of 300 pages of code. On Christmas Eve at 7:30 pm we made our first call. We lost only one customer over the outage.

Extra-Curricular/Volunteer Activities
Presently I am assisting a business associate to start a new venture 800 YOU-SELL a real estate quick flip franchise. I provide to him an answering service/screening process to all who respond to his newspaper and TV advertisement. After initial screening I provide a report which is emailed for further action. We discuss and implement how our process can be improved for better results. I am working with another business associate who is securing funding who is in the medical billing sector. He and his partners are soon to launch a process for denied claims that appears to be a success. We discuss the communication and processes to be implemented. I spend a significant amount of time with my family, pets, and enjoy cooking.
