In my experience of hiring engineers and technical personnel very few early in their careers do any more than learn technical details. Someone who learns how something works and why a design should be done a particular way is infintiely more valuable. This applies not just to engineering but any area where creativity and strategy are part of the job. The ability and value in doing this can't be taught in a classroom, access to the experience of others through mentoring is one of the best ways to learn this unique and valuable skill.
I have had the pleasure and priviledge of doing this for employees of my company and look forward to working with others through Ingage.

MANAGEMENT: Product Management |
| 3 Months | 9 Hours | $1575.00 |
This is focused on bridging the divide between Research and Development and commercial issues. All too often product management is not balanced correctly between technical considerations and market needs. The strategic plan ahead of product development and market introduction can greatly expedite acceptance and penetration.
