LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Communication Skills

6 Months | 12 Hours | $2100.00
Written, Verbal, and Presentation Skills
*The written word rules more than ever. Your web site, emails, brochures and ads must convey a consistent and effective message. Key mistakes here will have a direct impact on your bottom line. Don't overlook internal written communication either. The morale and effectiveness of your team depends on it.

*Building relationships - prospects, customers, vendors, employees - will determine the level of your success. Verbal skills can make or break a relationship. You know your business, but you need more than just vocabulary.

*The number one fear of most people - speaking in front of a group. Many presenters know their subject well and think they know how to present it. This is a learned and developed skill overlooked by the vast majority of business people.

A business plan is a living document - start it early and keep it updated. It will serve you in many ways, some not so obvious. If you want to grow, save time on critical activities and convey the right message to your team, this is a must.
