I am a strategic/change management and market penetration specialist. As a strategic business analyst, I analyze a firm’s financial data and organizational structure. I will then recommend the formulation and implementation of specific strategies that enable the firm to optimize its performance and achieve its goals and objectives more effectively and efficiently. Such tasks include, but are not limited to, risk analysis, structure evaluation, and personnel appraisal as well as strategic adjustment.
I speak several languages and lived abroad for many years. This exposure enabled me to develop an acute understanding of the ways that people do business in those countries as well as how to be in tune with their cultural dimension. I deem myself to be dynamic and efficient. I am an excellent communicator and always manage to motivate my team members to be the best they can be. It is my conviction that all members of a firm must be in tune with the environment in which they operate. They also must do their utmost to help their company achieve its goals and objectives by seeking to educate themselves regularly about the business practices that are used in the marketplace.
In a world economy that has become fully global, companies must now compete across the board to penetrate new markets and enlarge their scope of endeavor. I have a strong knowledge of the U.S. market, the European Union as well as the North Africa and Middle East markets. I also have a web of connections in these countries which always represent very useful assets to conduct business.
