SALES AND MARKETING: Marketing Strategy |
| 6 Months | 12 Hours | $2100.00 |
Marketing Strategy, Branding, Public Relations
Marketing Strategy begins by identifying your target audience and developing a detailed profile of your ideal customer prospect. Branding involves developing and projecting a company or product image. An ongoing Public Relations campaign demands the regular creation of interesting stories with broad trade or public interest for distribution via press contacts and newsletters.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Decision Making |
| 12 Months | 24 Hours | $4200.00 |
I can help you set three to six month goals so you have a clear sense of direction.
Develop a good decision making process by taking the time (when possible) to identify all of the possible options, weigh the pluses and minuses for each option, make informed choices, and confidently move forward without second guessing yourself.
Learn to approach a problem that you encounter in your business with your head, not your heart. We will calmly discuss the issue in confidence and meet it head on so it doesn't become a larger problem.

ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS: Writing a Business Plan |
| 3 Months | 9 Hours | $1575.00 |
If you are starting a new business or require new funding for expansion, most potential investors, bankers or partners will ask to see your business plan. A good business plan presents your company objectives, market definition, competition, required resources (personnel, equipment, capital, etc) and projected revenues and expenses.
Even if you are not seeking investors, bankers or partners for your business and thus do not require a full-blown formal business plan, businesses that develop a well defined marketing plan tend to be more successful. Ideally a marketing plan should be a twelve to fifteen month guide of all of your marketing action items including a detailed schedule and budget.
My experience includes writing and presenting twenty-five business plans and one hundred and fifty marketing plans.
