As an Ingage mentor, I am excited that I can make a difference in the professional lives of people in Hawaii to help them grow, learn and achieve their goals. When it comes to marketing, I plan to share my passion for believing in the power of the customer experience to define and shape, not only brands, but entire organizations. Companies that are truly "customer-centric" believe that branding starts with understanding the value your company brings to the customer and using that to define the organization, and thus, drive its operations, marketing, staffing, mission and values. Instilling these beliefs in the organization requires courage, passion, leadership, teamwork, vision and the desire to make a difference.
