My career has been a mixture of self-employment and senior corporate management with Fortune 500 companies. The benefit of self-employment has taught me to be able to apply common sense with a broad vision using learned and inherant skills. This has helped me to be highly successful in the corporate world. Among other things, it has enabled me to build new processes or repair flawed processes and to create the proper controls to test those processes to contiously provide efficient and productive results. It has also afforded me the privilege of being able to train others, both singularly and in groups to make them a greater asset to the company and to further their careers.
I am honest and reliable...if you don't want to hear the answer, don't ask me the question.
I have the courage to do the right thing which has helped me to build a good reputation both personally and professionally.
I treat everyone with dignity, courtesy and respect and am tolerant of any differences we may have regardless of their behavior. I am very patient and do not threaten, back stab or hurt anyone. I am able to deal peaceably with any anger, insults or disagreements.
You can count on me to do my best and to do what I am supposed to do. I consider the alternatives before I take action and I take ownership for my actions knowing that I am accountable.
I respect authority, am a good listener and open minded which helps me to be kind, compassionate, and show others that I care for them and appreciate their ideas and efforts.
I believe in staying positive and up-beat and am warm and loving with my family and friends.
In everything I agree to do, I give an enthusiastic 100% effort.
