Imagine having access to industry leaders for personalized mentoring on a variety of topics such as brand marketing, leadership development and creative sales. Better yet, imagine it as a formal mentoring relationship complete with clearly-defined goals, measured outcomes, dedicated mentors, training and support services, scheduled, productive meetings, and a timeline. This is reality thanks to INGAGE, Inc., a Hawaii-based web-enabled company that offers guidance, advice and support to business professionals and organizations through e-mentoring and tele-mentoring services.

INGAGE, Inc. provides one-on-one mentoring with established experts in their fields, helping protégés shorten their learning curves and gain valuable insight needed to secure promotions, negotiate deals, gain confidence, enjoy a competitive edge or simply allow them to be happier and more satisfied in life. INGAGE, Inc. features a roster of more than 20 qualified mentors, both in Hawaii and on the U.S. Mainland, with experience in numerous industries, fields and positions. They include:

Her mentoring specialty is in leadership development and the art of effective communication.

He is also president of Pacific International Advertising and associate publisher of RSVP Magazine. His expertise in sales promotion and advertising, competitive positioning, strategic marketing and market share provides a valuable mentoring experience for protégés. His mentoring topics include creative sales, effective presentations, transitioning to management, broadcast and print media sales, decision making / problem solving, and networking in Hawaii.

“We are excited to offer this service as an opportunity for business professionals to gain insight into achieving their desired success,” said Christine Ing, president and founder of INGAGE. “With the guidance, support and assistance of a mentor, our protégés can learn or fine tune skills and techniques, and obtain tricks-of-the trade that would otherwise take years to learn.”

“The direct benefits that mentoring brings to both the mentor and protégé, and the strategic benefits mentoring programs bring to companies are well documented,” adds Ing. “Our mentors are established business leaders at the top of their games with the experience, insight and credibility needed to successfully engage and groom tomorrow’s business leaders.”

The IngageZone at www.ingagementors.com allows mentors and protégés to communicate via the Internet, allowing them to track their progress, build a network for support through a discussion board where all mentors and protégés are able to meet, and access resources and materials to assist the protégé in their development. INGAGE labels the time-shifted mode that reproduces face-to-face interaction as “telementoring.”

Established in 2006, INGAGE, INC. is a web-enabled company that offers mentoring services to organizations and business professionals in the form of one-on-one mentoring, group mentoring, virtual mentoring, and mentor speakers. INGAGE is the first online mentoring company available to Hawaii and mainland businesses. For more information, visit ingagementors.com.
