Writing a Business Plan

John Curry | 08.13.2006 | Any/All Industries | Writing a Business Plan
I will assist you in the development and writing of your Business Plan. You should realize a Business Plan is a living document that you should keep updating as your business changes and evolves.

My first experience with writing a Business Plan occurred while working for a large corporation. I had developed an idea to automate a process that would save the corporation millions of dollars in labor costs and would eliminate occurrences of employee errors. I put together a plan and gained approval from the corporation to invest in my idea and lead the team to put it into practice. Funny thing though, the labor costs included my job which began my career as an entrepreneur.

Since then, I have successfully launched three new businesses and have discovered through years of trial and error how to put a business plan together that will be attractive to investors. We will also look at creative funding sources that I have put into practice for when the banks say no to your plan.
